Aziz Oxford was founded on a simple belief: when food is prepared with care, heritage and generosity, it becomes more than a meal. Established on Cowley Road in the early 1990s, Aziz quickly became part of Oxford’s everyday rhythm, welcoming students, families and visitors to share dishes rooted in the traditions of the Indian subcontinent.

Our A La Carte menu offers a journey through classic Indian flavours, from delicate starters to robust curries, traditional tandoori grills and comforting vegetarian dishes.
To begin, enjoy favourites such as Tandoori Murgh, marinated on the bone and grilled in the clay oven for a smoky finish, or Gosht Chop, tender lamb chops slow cooked until succulent. Vegetarian starters like Samosas, Pyazee and Crispy Bhindi Fingers offer crisp textures and gentle spice, while Chilli Paneer delivers savoury warmth.
Our house specials and classic curries showcase depth and variety.
